Mentoring Options

  • Voice call

    This option is for people who prefer to not be on camera. You can choose if I have my camera on or off. You can be in the privacy of your own space but we can meet together, share ‘virtual’ company, and have a productive session without the need for distracting visuals.

  • Video call

    With this option you can be in your favourite chair, with a nice cuppa or with your pet! You can make yourself as comfy as you need. This allows for a mutually friendly online space. We can take breaks away from the screen at any time, if needed. Video calls will be with blurred backgrounds for privacy.

  • Walk-and-Talk

    This option is for people who find it uncomfortable to sit down for a period of time. You can have the freedom to move about or go out for a walk. The gentle movement of walking can help to process thoughts and release nervous energy. Movement is especially recommended for people who get overwhelmed by internal ‘noise’. It can be a really helpful tool for getting thoughts to flow.

  • Text Chat

    This option allows us to have a ‘text chat’. This can be on text or email. It is your choice. This option allows plenty of time between messages. A gentle conversation. There is no rush to respond immediately. You can type at your own pace. I will match your pace. This can be a wonderful way of helping you gather your thoughts and connecting socially but without the pressure of time.
